This amazing, exotic, sweet, beautiful stallion is the most recent addition to the Sonrisa breeding program. His purpose is to cross on the beautiful Donatello KA daughters that are coming of age for breeding. He has the most beautiful extreme face and a very kind gentle personality to go along with it. I am so happy to have him. Thanks to Kehilan Arabians for creating this gorgeous creature.

New Farm

Finally after much heartache Sonrisa Farms has officially moved to a new farm. Not far from the last location, but in a beautiful area still in the heart of New Mexico, in the Rio Grande Valley or as we call it the Rio Abajo. This new farm has 10 acres and beautifully well fenced pastures. The barn facilities will be a long time in the making, but there is always time.

New Mexico Egyptian Breeders

Saturday was a landmark day here at Sonrisa Farms. It was the first meeting of the Egyptian Breeders here in New Mexico to form a group. It was a day filled with fun, information, and friendship. I was able to share some of the grooming techniques i’ve learned for the showring in a casual demonstration. An afternoon meeting to organize ourselves, and an evening spent presenting the jewels of Sonrisa farms.

This exquisite filly is now owned by Sonrisa Farms. She is sired by Donatello KA and out of Scherezade Arabians rare jewel MB Nadia. She is an amazing filly and will start her show carrer in 2010.
